Logging Into LunaHR

You can login to your account once an administrator has set it up. There are some exceptions i.e. your account might not be active. If so, you will receive a notification about this.

1. Navigate to your tenancy. For example – companyname.luna.hr
2. Login by entering your username (tends to be your email) and your password
3. Click login

Please note:

• You can click remember me, this will store your login details for fast access
• You will be locked out if you enter the wrong credentials after set amount of times
• If you cannot remember your username, please contact your administrator
• If you cannot remember your password, please use the forget password button
