I’ve been assigned a company’s device, how can I add it into LunaHR?

It is essential to keep a record of what company’s items the employees are been assigned as they are business property in the end and the employees have some level of responsibilities towards it. Therefore, tracking can be a little tricky if you don’t have a dedicated system for it. Therefore, modern HR systems have the ability to record every item been assigned to the employee so that the HR can have a track record and manage company items systematically. In LunaHR you can add your company’s property by going to the following section:-

  • Browse to ‘My Profile’ -> Assets,  where you can upload assets such as the company’s mobile devices or laptops
  • You will be able to see the ‘+’ when clicked allows you to add a new asset by opening up a pop up window and fill information such as date received, model no. etc
  • If you have got a company vehical you can add it by browsing to ‘My Profile’ -> Transport and similarly as adding assets you can add information here
