How Do I Contact Support?
If you are having user problems and the knowledge base is not helping, you may contact your administrator or us directly at [email protected]
If you have a question regarding leave or expenses, it is recommended to contact your HR department first or line manager. You can do this in the LunaHR application:
- Hover over the question icon next to the profile photo in the top right-hand corner
- Click ‘contact support’
- Enter your message here, detailing your leave / expense query
- Your HR team or IT support team will then receive this
- By default this email box will go to [email protected], however it is likely as we recommend it, your company will overwrite this to your support or HR team
- Alternatively, to using this form, you can contact your HR / Support team directly
