How to check login attempts?
This functionality was added to help keep your account secure. By checking login attempts you can see who has tried to login into your account, tracking both successful and unsuccessful attempts. The following details are accessible:
- IP Address (please note these are subject to change if they are dynamic)
- Browser / Operating system
- The time
- Success of the attempt
How do I check this information?
- Hover over your profile picture in the top right-hand corner
- Click login attempts
- The information will now show
Please note:
If you suspect something suspicious i.e. your account was accessed at a time you weren’t using it, please get in touch immediately and change your password to something more secure.
