How to make employees exempt from showing in Company Directory

The company directory displays everybody in your company by default. However, there might be some people you do not want to show in here. It should be noted; inactive employees will not show. But to add to the list, please do the following:

1. Navigate to the sidebar navigation
2. General -> Settings
3. Click on user exemption
4. Select the employee or role you want to make exempt from showing in the company directory
5. They will then display in the list

Please note the following:

• You can easily remove the employee from the exemption list by simply removing them from the table
• Exempt users can still see the employee directory
• Inactive users are exempt by default
