How do I generate a leave report?

Leave reports can be very beneficial to HR and leave approvers / authorisers. You can filter crucial data and draw up reports.

You are able to filter by various aspects, leave type, users, status, date range and department. After doing this, you can export to PDF for further examination or for presentation reasons.

To access leave reports please follow the instructions:

  1. Main Navigation
  2. Leave -> Leave Reports
  3. Configure the settings and filter by your choice
  4. Export the report (optional)

Please note:

  • When you export the PDF it will be downloaded in your browser and saved in your downloads folder
  • You will not see any data if you do not have approver / authoriser permissions
