How do I generate a leave report?

Leave reports can be very beneficial to HR and leave approvers /authorizers. You can filter crucial data and draw up reports.

You are able to filter by fields such as leave type, users, status, date range and department. After doing this, you can export to PDF or excel for further examination or for presentation reasons.

To access leave reports please follow the instructions:

  1. Reports -> Click ‘+’ to create a new report
  2. Fill in the details and select fields, add conditions
  3. Browse to the schedule tab and schedule it to the required users

Please note:

  • When you export the PDF it will be downloaded in your browser and saved in your downloads folder
  • You will not see any data if you do not have approver / authoriser permissions
