Changing Mileage Rate

Mileage rate can be set on a department and user level. User level has the highest authority.

Setting mileage rate on a department level:

1. Log in as admin -> Company Structure -> Departments
2. click on the edit button to edit the department and browse to the Expense tab
3. Set and configure the mileage rate and threshold here and save

Setting mileage rate on a user level (overwrites department level)

1. Log in as admin -> Company Structure -> Employees
2. click on the edit button to edit the employee and browse to the Expense tab
3. Set and configure the mileage rate and threshold here and save
