An employee should be able to change their own password. However, there might be a scenario where they have forgotten their password and are unable to recover it. No problem, it is easy for administrators to change their password.
You can do this by:
- Administrations -> Users
- Select user and click edit
- Scroll down on the general details tab and select ‘Set Password’
- Enter a new password and confirm this
- You will need to send this password to the user
- Passwords should follow the company validation policies
