Changing an employee’s password

An employee should be able to change their own password. However, there might be a scenario where they have forgotten their password and are unable to recover it. No problem, it is easy for administrators to change their password.

You can do this by:

  1. Administrations -> Users
  2. Select user and click edit
  3. Scroll down on the general details tab and select ‘Set Password’
  4. Enter a new password and confirm this

Please note:

  • You will need to send this password to the user
  • Passwords should follow the company validation policies
