An employee should be able to change their own password. However, there might be a scenario where they have forgotten their password and are unable to recover it. No problem, it is easy for administrators to change their password.
You can do this by:
- Administrations -> Company Structure -> Employees
- Select the user and click on edit
- In the General tab, at the bottom click on the Set password button and change the password
- You will need to send this password to the user
- Passwords should follow the company validation policies
