Luna HR is a trading name of A2Z Technologies Ltd. We've been developing bespoke software for over 10 years, working with businesses across the UK. Luna HR is our first commercial product — but its framework and principles have had years of real-world success.
We originally built an HR platform to address the lack of suitable options for remote and hybrid teams. That platform was active for over 5 years. Luna HR is its successor — a fresh, modern platform built from the ground up, but carrying forward everything that worked.
Our focus is UK SMEs that have adopted or are adopting remote and hybrid working. Most HR platforms are built for enterprises and priced to match. We built Luna HR for the companies they ignore — growing businesses that need real tools, not bloated suites.
