How to use the company directory?

The company directory was introduced to provide a catalog of employees. You can use the company directory to find other employees and retrieve information.

How do I access the company directory?

  1. In the sidebar navigation please select ‘General’
  2. Click on company directory

Now you are in the company directory you can filter by department, alphabet and location. Likewise, you can search for an employee’s name.

Whatever you see in the company directory depends on the settings configured by your administrator. Please note the following:

  • Company directory information comes from your profile. Please view Updating Your Personal Information
  • Some companies will have the company directory disabled
  • Administrators can determine what information is shown
  • Your information will show to everybody who has access to the company directory
