How do I use notifications?

System notifications happen when an expense has been approved or your leave application has been declined for example. Notifications are there to inform you of any HR developments relating to you.

What happens if I click on a notification?

If you click on a notification you will be directed to what the notification resembles. For example, if your leave application has been reject and you click the notification, it will take you to show the details of the rejection i.e. confirmation and the reason

Where can I read all my notifications?

You can read all your notifications by following the below instructions:

  1. Hover and click the notification bell
  2. Click ‘See all notifications’

Please note:

  • In see all notifications you can mark them as read
  • You can also filter them depending on their status
